One of the main attractions of Modular or Pre-fabricated light gauge steel is the considerable reduced lead time it takes to complete a build with high accuracy. To us, we believe it is the future of building for its speed, affordability and its reduced carbon foot print.

All the construction members (wall panels, floor joist, roof trusses) for the build are fabricated off site and easily assembled on site with high accuracy. Other advantages of Modular builds are; considerable less labour hours required for the same area build, considerable lighter with greater torsion capacity, higher load to weight ratio, all due to the advantages of engineering with trusses and k-bracing and mitigating the need for heavy structural members. All these advantages make for a much faster and more affordable build which is better for the environment.
